Filophoni – Denmark’s first netlabel is now online!!! Well, the first to release Creative Commons licensed music anyway
My friend Kenneth approached me and a couple of other guys about a half a year ago with this idea, and to say the least I was very intrigued.
My personally hope and vision for Filophoni is for it to be a counterpoint to the Danish music media, who tends to focus too much on those bands in the trendy genres, and forgetting all about the curious and exiting ones in the underground.
Hopefully Filophoni will grow to be something big, but only time will tell.
